The Winterstar Fleet is a group of Outer Reaches pilots and merchants who have banded together for mutual gain.

The Rangers of the fleet prefer to maintain a low profile, going quietly about their business trading, mining, and building Spacecraft for local pilots.

Unprovoked warlike behavior on the part any member results in ejection from the ranks.
