Winterhaven is a public starbase located at Trellum 253, in the Jexian System.

It is owned and operated by The Winterstar Fleet.
It has one of Jexia's best brewpubs, The Diving Bell, on its promenade.

[edit] Starbase Guidelines

• No ore storage or sales. Ores will be confiscated.
• No basic resource (H20 Packs, Nutrition Packs, etc...) storage or sales. These items will be dumped.
• No huge ship parts (reactors, jump drives, etc...). These will be seized and sold.
