The VSO was founded by Darth Kohl and his second in command Darth Native on 7868.03 CE,(This date is Referred by me as the Founding) and since then have risen to be one of the largest and most powerful factions in V2.
They currently have a HQ at the Planet of Adari in the Volian System, but at the moment they do not govern any planets, yet.
At the moment the SIO are recruiting members and forging new alliances, forming a connection of alliances enviable by almost any other faction
