[edit] Basic Background:

Upon entering v2, Uaronain created a small merc faction entitled "Uars Order of Dragoon's". Though through the changing of the game and its members, this faction evolved into arguably one of the best factions to grace v2 currently, the Guild of Forgers, now known as the Delian Empire. Uar has remained it's leader since the creation in 7869.38 CE and has guided it through thick and thin and shaped it into the strong economically and military wise faction it is today.

For a time, Uar left the galactic political stage. When this occurred the Delian Empire was handed off to Capt. Larten.Uar spent some time away while the Empire continued to thrive in his memory. The Empire prospered, going through phases of growth and decline, until Uar returned. Sometime after his return Uar called on the Delian Empire to merge with the Altian Imperial Alliance. Once it was agreed, a number of DE members joined the AIA. Within hours of doing so, the AoA/USF - AIA War began. Near the end of the war, Deklan gave leadership of the AIA to Uar, allowing him to negotiate a cease fire.
