A relic is an object or a personal item typically of religious significance, carefully preserved with an air of veneration as a tangible memorial. They can be found on many inhabitable worlds and are prized by collectors. They have been the cause of mass slaughters, grand holidays, pilgrimages, and have even been used as collateral. Most anyone who happens to own anything of significance also knows that the protection of these items sometimes comes at the cost of ones life. The procurement of Tribal Relics is almost always through conquest or theft. The traders may be innocent, but those who they deal with (on the Black Market) most likely are not. Beware when dealing with these rare items.
