A low cost ship Ive designed for AoA to have something to lend to promising newbies and I've decided to start producing it for outsiders as well. Its not a significant points investment so if said newbie is not as promising as they looked, you dont lose that much. On the other hand, it lets them make way more money than a newbie ship.
