A System is a general term for an accessible, mapped, and inhabited planetary system of a star.
An umapped and uninhabited, yet accessible, one is called an Expanse.

There are 36 systems in the Galaxy.

A system has 400 Sectors. Systems are listed under Systems and Planets.
