- 7867.85 CE: Founded by Kendar Nah. It was a loose-knit group of miners and traders who banded together at times to assist one another. They had friendly relations with the Altian Imperial Alliance, the United Solian Socialist Republic, and the Uaros Order of Dragoons.
- 7953.21 CE: The original members took a vote to disband, went their separate ways, and melted into the galactic 'background' to pursue various interests.
- 13942.96 CE: Lord Sirius reincorporates the alliance, and is currently searching for new members, as well as trying to track down any holdovers from the old group.
- 13988.53 CE: The faction inherits a scrapyard from a dying captain.

The Alliance will always remain a small operation, and have but a few outposts:
- Brasstown Ships - A shipyard located at 213:206, in the Basian System.
- Junkyard Station - A scrapyard located at 213:248, in the Basian System.
[edit] Hierarchy
There is one Lord who oversees the faction, and several Knights who run individual wings.

The alliance has a Lord, several Knights and many Masters.
[edit] Founders
The original group back in the 7000's CE had a rotating Chairman, several Consuls, and a few up-and-coming Rangers. At the time of disbanding, the members were:
