Captain of the USF, High Lord within the faction, planet leader of Mantia and an active trader within the group. Operates a sometimes roaming starbase known as the Star Of Mantia (operational soon).

Currently, actively involved in improving Mantia's output of resources and products. He has also been quite active in the process of creating and instituting the Mantia Honours System to recognize the achievements of the citizens of Mantia, members of the USF and those of the Nespian system as a whole.
