At first shipyards were bid for by many factions leaving the six highest bidding factions with the The First Six shipyards.

Four admin controlled shipyards were created throughout the galaxy at coordinates easily accessible by everyone.
- System 8 (Expanse 5): Sector 1 - Grid 1
- Raxian System: Sector 1 - Grid 1
- System 26 (Expanse 15): Sector 1 - Grid 1
- Volian System: Sector 1 - Grid 1
These shipyards have since been removed to make way for player owned shipyards.
