Remus is completely covered in water, where storms and rainfall happen 24-7 and 365 days a year.
The information of the first inhabitants of Remus was lost when the planet lost government. Cpt. Larten from old space, searched for a planet for him to take in the name of the old Remus intrusted to him, upon first entering the Lyrian system. Larten landed on the current Remus and brought back its old greatness, leading to the civilians of Remus worshipping as their lost God."
However, Remus these days is now an outpost of the Galactic Republic. It also sees many visitors from around the galaxy in search for some top of the line polymer. Remus is now argueably the best source of polymer.
Remus also served as the keypoint in the War Over Remus between the Delian Empire and Order of The Gorgons Eye.
