Encyclopedia Galactica: 'Privateer'
- a) A private attack/raid ship working for a government/planet/system. Privateers are licensed to attack and take ships from governments/planets/systems at war with the sponsor.
- b) A person working on a privateer vessel.
We are a growing faction of miners and traders with the plans of becoming pirates and mercenaries when possible. We actively support our members with asteroid and outpost locations, as well as trade routes in many galaxies. If you hope to learn the arts or piracy or any of the useful skills of a mercenary, then this is the faction for you. It is led by two experienced pirates who are willing to train. If mining or trading is more your style, we can still help. We have a few members that are experts in the fields, with access to others.
