Phuongus

Cpt. Phuongus started his career in v1. He was a miner under the Northern Miners Fleet in the Altian Galaxy. Cpt. Urwormfood, the leader of the NMF, recognized Cpt. Phuongus talents and gave him a loan for a Heavy Mining Ship. Phuongus quickly repaid that loan, but found that the miners life was not for him. He decided to sell off his HM and bought a Destroyer class ship. Phuongus used his new ship to track down bounties, and destroy them when his ship could handle it. However, the Altian galaxy was at peace, so Phuongus found that he had to spend much of his time scouting asteroids and checking their contents for valuable metals. The peace, however, was to about to be disturbed by Cpt. Caine, who would soon be the first Altian Ruler of the Galaxy.

Caine and his battleship was infamous in the Altian galaxy at the time. He had the strongest ship, and would take any job, even assassinations. But when he started to run for the Ruler of the Galaxy, he seem to have changed. He explained that we needed a united front if we were to have any chance of resisting an invasion from another galaxy. Most of the galaxy began to accept Caine and pledged to his faction. Caine offered Phuongus work in tracking planet leaders that did not wish to join, and Phuongus accepted. After the galaxy was united, Phuongus was given control of the planet Ares as payment.

Phuongus decides to sell of his ship once again for a Heavy Freighter to generate income and help improve his planet. He surrounded Ares' orbit with many outposts and established an Ares Defense Fleet. It around this time that he recruited future leaders Deklan and Atrix into his government. Atrix would later leave for Raxia to make his name there, but Deklan decided to stay. Phuongus then contracted a disease known as RL, which limited his ability to run his planet efficiently. He decides to leave Ares in the hands of Deklan, while he would take leadership of something less demanding.

Phuongus flew to a nearby expanse and sets up a mining operation. He creates the Geneon Commerce Guild and established several outposts near Ares and Ventani. The guild grew to become very large and profitable, and Phuongus began to recover from his disease. However, an Altian Civil War was on the horizons. Caine began to oppress the citizens of Altia with harsh laws and taxes. Many leaders began to rally under Deklan to defeat Caine, and Phuongus was asked to join the war. Phuongus, however, had already depleted his funds in a recent outpost expansion and could not buy a warship. Funds were also short for Deklan, and he was only able to provide Phuongus a FX to scout out Caine's location.

Phuongus easily tracked down his old leader, and a battle ensued. Caine's ship was on the brink of destruction, but Deklan and his followers had depleted all their energy in fight and could not destroy it. Reinforcements did not arrived on time, and Deklan wanted to prevent Caine's escape. He asked Phuongus to attack Caine with the FX. Despite's Phuongus' better judgement to attack a Command ship with a ship meant for scouting, he eventually decides to do a kamikaze attack for Altia. The FX was destroyed, but Phuongus was able to escape in his pod, but at a great cost. His lost parts of his body including his left eye, which were later replaced by cybernetic parts.

After Caine's defeat in the Civil War, Phuongus returned to the Geneon Commerce Guild, but then decides to create the Geneon Alliance. Jakar and Ventani soon became a part of the Alliance. After improving the planets, he finally purchased a Command Ship, which he would use to help in Altia's wars.

Many captains would soon be effected by a strange temporal distortion that led them to the current galaxy, named v2. Phuongus decides to re-establish the Geneon Alliance in the Altian System, and soon took control of Jakar. However, he soon contracted RL once again and was forced to leave the faction in the hands of one of his followers. When he finally recovered, he found that the Geneon Alliance had disappeared, and Altia was under the control of the Altian Imperial Alliance, led by Deklan. He decides to join AIA to help Deklan with his ambition.

He is currently a high ranking member of the AIA and a Lieutenant Colonel of the AIA military.
