The Phoenix Regenisis Federation was started with the intention of peaceful trade, mining and manufacturing.
If you have any cause for complaint against any of our members please contact Promille03 directly, and he will deal with them accordingly. We will not tolerate our members attacking without provocation, pirating, or hacking other players.
Likewise if any of our members are attacked or violated we will respond and protect them.'

We believe in rewarding our members for loyalty and being active.

We are a Solian government that will try to maintain democracy and peace in the system, as well as on planets the Federation leads outside of the system. We are willing to form alliances with other factions having a core business in Solia who display an interest in keeping the same directives that we have.

Captains Smirnoff and Promille03 were both members of the White Star Alliance. When that faction crumbled, they decided to create a new faction. With Smirnoff as the faction leader, they invited many other experienced players, including Morso.

The faction is currently one of the biggest in the galaxy, with most seniors coming out of their own academy.
