The Outer Reaches' are any of the systems on the outer edge of the Galaxy. The Outer Reaches consist of 11 Expanses and 9 Solar Systems.
Solar Systems located in the Outer Reaches (clockwise from Galactic North):
These systems experience the lowest levels of traffic, the least population growth, and the least amount of new construction.
They are the "quiet" corners of the Galaxy, and are least affected by wars.
