Moulokin is a large outpost in the frozen north of the otherwise desert world of Kaas in the Basian System.

It is owned by the Ruusor Trading Fleet, and used primarily for the storage of perishables, scientific research, and faction 'R & R'.

Lately it has become a fashionable destination for skiing and other winter sports.
