This is it, ladies and gentlemen. Theoretically it is the biggest mining ship that can be built; theoretically because this is no longer a simple miner. With its 40k hold it can serve as a freighter, but thanks to its heavy armament it can exceptionally well double as a warship, and if you fill its numerous quarters with offensive troopers rather than defensive ones, you will get a good pirate ship.
