When originally started out, Cpt. Lycheepeel moved through 2-3 unknown factions before settling in the Phoenix Regenisis Fleet, under the guidance of Promile03, Smirnoff, Morso and Fasmus. Quickly gaining experience under their watchful eye, Cpt. Lycheepeel quickly moved up the ranks of the Phoenix Regenisis Fleet. As of 9600 CE. Due to Fasmus retiring from the fleet Cpt. Lycheepeel became the ranking general in charge of PRFs defensive operations.
