First inhabited by the pilgrims of a harsh and barren planet.
These monks later came together to form the Sohei Fleet,
subsequently making the planet theirs in the first elections of the new galaxy.
Many historical records were, however, lost in the Great Journey.
More information is being deciphered every day.
As the Delian Empire split from their old home system of Altia, they moved to Zaria vastly spreading over the system claiming the worlds. Lutra was one of the last to be taken by the Delian Empire giving them complete dominance of Zaria.
