[edit] Basic History
Cpt. Larten originally joined v2 under his old name Tykkan Bremmu where he joined Uar's Order of Dragoons by following a promise he gave to his mentor, the former Ruler of the Altian Galaxy, Cpt Lock.
Though the faction is now known as Delian Empire, Larten has remained with it since the early days of its creation, offering support diplomatically and military wise whenever he was needed.
Being known for his loyalty as he was in v1, Larten has successfully aided in the protection of the Delian Empire's members, and even aided the Altian Imperial Alliance on numerous occassions whenever his aid was requested, or he saw that it was needed.
An example of his loyalty in his actions to his allies is when he participated in the Altian-Tyrian One Day War leading the Guild of Forgers (Now Delian Empire) into Tyrian space where he assisted on the pre-emptive strike against the former Tyrian Empire.
Larten then resided as ruler of the Lyrian planet Remus, where he managed to remain in power for thousands of CE, despite the approximate 13 elections he stepped through, approximately 7 of which holding competition that he managed to strive above.
After the promotion to Supreme Emperor of the Delian Empire after the retirement of Uaronain, a series of trouble's hit Larten as he had to bring the Empire out of its depression, a difficult task that with the help of some devoted officers to the Empire, was able to rekindle the flame of the power that is the Delians.
As a result of these internal problems that faced Larten, he decided to lock all Delian planet elections in a move to allow his members the time needed to rebuild the stockpiles lost and re-organise themselves after Kerith and some members split to form the Solar Shadow Alliance. This was gladly welcomed by the Delian's as they saw the stress removed from their shoulders, and was also agreed and backed by the strong military alliance of the Altian Imperial Alliance who wished to see the Delian Empire remain a strong figure in the galaxy.
Although this news affected two factions mainly. The Galactic Republic who had their eyes on the Delian Empires planet Remus led by Larten bit their tongue and agreed to the deal, due to their faith in Lartens decision under the pressure put forward. However this led the Delian Empire into a war against the Order of the Gorgon's Eye in the War Over Remus, as Toe Cutter who led the OGE, saw otherwise and disobeyed the deal.
In the year 13870CE, Larten was finally beat in the elections on Remus after a record 14 month rule over the planet. His accomplice to Remus being Cpt.Bouwman of the Galactic Republic.

I thoroughly enjoy recording/finetuning/updating information of past events, player/faction info and making sure that I can keep this wiki as a thoroughly good tool in order to use to more easily understand the complexity of CSv2.
Also I'll let you note down that any changes I make to a player/faction/planet or anything user related will always remain that of fact and in no way a personnal opinion of my own unless requested.
I aim to make sure that this encyclopedia will be useful as a glossary for some words in v2 which may confuse any new player, and to ensure that any major events are recorded on here so that anyone can look back and read on the true history of this game. For example the Altian-Tyrian One Day War which I took part in, so I aimed to record it in a neutral perspective for the public of today, yesterday and tomorrow to view and learn.
As stated, I will aim to ensure that everything I edit or create will be as factual as possible and remain at a neutral perspective void of any bias.
I do understand that I am not the only one in doing this on the wiki, so I ask politely to the other people to not edit what I say too much as I have put it there in the attempts to increase the effectiveness of this wiki tool.
