Geneon Alliance

The Geneon Alliance was established by Captain Phuongus in v1. At it's peak, the Geneon Alliance had over 40 members and the planets of Jakar and Ventani in the Altian Galaxy. In v2, it was in control of Jakar but was shortly disbanded after Phuongus contracted RL.
