He was born on the artificial moon of Ballybran (Jexia I), in Ballybran City.
He pretty much sticks to his home system, but has been known to fly to the Raxian and Casian Systems if the money is right.
He established The Free Republic of Ballybran, and was its first Chancellor.
He died in The Great Cataclysm of 12151.08 CE.
