It is quite popular among both the underclasses and the nouveaux-rich throughout the galaxy.
It can be taken either orally, or through the nasal passageways.

Exillis Spice can be purchased and sold legally on Exillis, but it cannot be bought or sold on any other planet, except as a black market commodity.
