The Delian League Alliance is a group of leaders seeking to form a balanced commercial and military force, through a deep knowledge of space and a true spirit of cooperation. The Delian League Alliance is changed its name temporalily to Guild of Forgers, but has now returned to its roots in being called the Delian Empire
