Sixteen Construction Ships were created around the year 8700 CE. These construction ships started the new age of the galaxy with player-controlled outposts. Factions bid on these ships for a 30 day lease(or possibly longer) to build the first outposts.

Sixteen factions bid a minimum of $800,000,000 for a lease of a construction ship for 30 days. These factions are as follows.
