5th Fleet "Dark Sun" Commander Carlito of the Order of the Golden Dawn

You walk into the “Blue Dwarf” and are stunned by the amount of smoke inside. You ask your robot guide “Is something on fire? Shouldnt the environmental control system be filtering that out?” “No,” replied the robot in a metallic voice “Commander Carlito likes it this way” You also notice a heavy thumping beat that belonged to heavy dub reggae of ancient Earth playing on the ships comms. “Excuse me,” you ask the robot guide, “I am feeling a bit strange... I think it is this smoke. Can we meet in another room?” The guide replied in a metallic voice, “Commander Carlito wants to meet you at his level of mental being”. “Oh, okay...” you stammered maybe a bit too loudly, this smoke was really getting to your head.

You step into a large room covered floor to ceiling in reggae posters and an old Dark Sun Alliance poster as well as a newer Order of the Golden Dawn plaque. Carlito is sitting in a plush bean-bag chair in the center of the room with several attractive woman of dubious morals. The Commander motions you to come in and sit down in another bean-bag chair across from him. You trip on your way over, and notice that you are really feeling the effects of whatever Carlito was smoking.

Carlito addresses you, “Feeling the Ganja? Feeling Irie? Never mind. What do you want of me?” You suddenly have a serious mental block from the drug and stammer slowly “I-I-I forget.”
