Better known as Col Sanders from v1, grew famous from his days as ruler of the planet Vega in Casia. Vega made him rich and with his money he took up Bounty Hunting. He was a natural taking on many large and well paying bounties furthering his emense wealth.
The Ruler of The Galaxy at the time left and it threw the galaxy into a power struggle, Col knowing better then to waste his money fighting for it decided to wait until somebody else took control. And then him and a few of his closest friends crushed them. Seeing the time involved in ruling a galaxy he left it to one of his good friends and took his money and power elsewhere.
People knew him well as a ruthless Bounty Hunter racking up an amazing 182 private bounties and 44 planetary bounties. They grew to fear his name and his signature ship, the CS-4800 nicknamed "Steel". The very presence of him in the same sector made captains uneasy and nervous even when he was offline.
He started a faction in the Solian Galaxy and used his talents of hunting and knowlege of killing to protect others. He invited his friends to join him and had a faction with warships outnumbering the Ruler of that Galaxy, which worried them greatly.
They consipred with their allies from the Altian galaxy to kill him before he could do anything and they did. As quick as he rose to fame and fortune, he also disapeared. Although you can still hear his name whispered across all planets and galaxies...

Back with his new faction Order of the Apocalypse, Col Sanders aims to once again retrace what he did in V1 and become even richer and more famous then before.
