In the early part of 7000CE in the Altian System, several factions joined forces to
create a solid union. A form of empire was created, but due to difficulties
during The Great Depression, circa 8672 the powerful empire fell apart.

Deklan leader of the Altian Security Forces, took control of a small contingent of military ships,
and many traders, miners and other faction leaders followed him.

In the early part of 9000CE an assembly of traders, leaders, and miners met at Altain VIII
a neutral location for all to discuss the state of the Empire.
Negotiations to reform the empire were not successfull.

Altian Armed Forces became the Altian Imperial Alliance, otherwise know as the AIA

The Altian Imperial Alliance is made up several groups as well as a council
dedicated to bringing peace, security and profit to the Altian System.
